NJHS Selection Survey - 8th Grade 2012

Please rate the students on the categories to the best of your ability. Here are explanations of the categories:

Scholarship- Maintains a 3.0 grade point average and is responsible with classwork assignments. Note- students were selected based on receiving honor for the first three nine weeks.

Leadership- taking more responsibilities in class & being the leader of the group.

Character- does the right thing, even when no one is looking. Does not cheat or help others cheat.

Service- is willing to help to help others in a time of need, volunteers in class or out of school (if you have any knowledge).

Citizenship- understands civic duty (working for the community without compensation), fairness, justice, and equality.

This process is very important in making the final selections. If you do not know the student, please do not rate them. You DO NOT have to be their teacher to rate them! If you have comments to make, please sure to do so on a per student basis.
