2013 Completer Survey

The results of the survey will help to identify what is best about our programs and how the TLC programs and delivery of services can be improved for our program participants. Additionally, the state and federal governments have asked us to gather specific data from our program completers. You input is needed and greatly appreciated.

The survey asks a variety of questions about program content and delivery of services. There are 95 questions, but some of them you may skip if they do not pertain to you.

TLC has arranged for you to receive a gift. To qualify for the gift, you must complete the survey and provide your name in the beginning. Please note that your responses will not be identified with you personally. If you have any questions or concerns about completing the survey, you may contact the Teaching and Leadership Center at 954-236-1327.

Your participation is greatly appreciated and sincerely needed to improve our services to current and prospective teachers to Broward County.

Thank you once again for your help.
