This survey is to collect feedback from the pilot teams who completed the "AHT Reduction - Level 2 Verification" e-learning and implemented the method of asking the security question first when completing Level 2 verification.

  1. In the first couple of weeks of the pilot, how do you feel about asking the security question first to complete Level 2 verification?*
    It is faster and easier to complete Level 2 verifications by asking the security question first.
    It takes about the same amount of time to complete Level 2 verifications regardless if I ask the security question first or the PIN first.
    It takes longer and is more complicated to complete Level 2 verifications by asking the security question first.
