Peer Leadership Survey (2012)

Please rate students that you know on a scale of 1-5. Please base your score on the student's overall school attitude, work ethic, and leadership capabilities.

The goal of this survey is to determine students that would be of great asset to the Peers program and students that would inhibit the success of the program. It is not necessary for you to rate students that are "middle of the road" if you do not want to do so.

1: Definitely should NOT be a peer leader
5: Would be a GREAT asset to the peer leadership program.

The list is in alphabetical order by grade.
1-47: current juniors
48-100: current sophomores
101-141: current freshmen

Students that are greater than or equal to #142 are students that handed in their forms late and I couldn't fit them in alphabetically. I put their grade level next to their name to help you out.

Please note that any student who has 2 stars next to his/her name is a current Peer Leader for this school year and has re-applied to the program.
