Nesting Survey 2012
This survey is to be rolled out to all trainees on the 14th day of Nesting.
Read the statements carefully. Mark the column applicable with an X.

- The duration of the various talks (MRSP, QA, NETSAT, etc.) are appropriate to the subject they discuss.*

- The content of each department's presentation is helpful.*
|
- The various representatives from the departments are able to adress and answer my questions about the topic they are covering.*

- There is sufficient and consistent support on the Operations floor to ensure that I succeed in taking in calls.*
|
- The details of how I will meet the requirements of the account during the Nesting Phase is properly explained.*

- The SMEs/Supervisor/Trainer on the floor are knowledgeable and updated on the processes in the account. *

- The processes on the floor are consistent with what was discussed with me in the Training Class.*

- Coaching is delivered in a manner that is conducive to learning.*

- Feedback provided is detailed.*

- Scores disccussed with me are based on actual metrics of the account. *

- Realistic goals and action plans are set for me early on so I can meet the requirement at the end of the Nesting Phase.*
