Reward, Recognition, and Career Development
At TelstraClear, we want to recognise employees when they go the extra mile and Customer Help is committed to ensuring staff that demonstrate high levels of performance and deliver outstanding outcomes are recognised and feel appreciated for their efforts. We also want to ensure Customer Help staff are aware of, and can work towards, development opportunities into other roles within our business. We’re are reviewing our current recognition & career development models across Customer Help with the aim of improving the programme and ensuring our thinking is aligned with our Staff with regards to recognition and that staff are able to see clear development paths leading into other areas of our business.. Your opinions are valuable and they will be used to helping us design better ways of rewarding and recognising employees and supporting career development. Please read the questions carefully and answer each question honestly and completely. Your answers will be anonymous in that no personal identifiable information will be collected.
