Virtual Teamwork - Team Leaders
We are currently conducting a training need analysis related to communication and virtual teamwork. We are aiming to tailor-make our approach to meet your team’s individual needs in an attempt to improve work as well as team atmosphere and efficiency as some issues related to those aspects have been identified. As a team-leader/supervisor you are in direct contact with your team and are very knowledgeable about training needs, communication channels, teamwork situations and areas for Your team development. Therefore we kindly ask for your honest and detailed input in terms of your team’s current teamwork and communication, tasks and skills needing improvement and with the assessment of your employees’ skills and teamwork abilities.
