Programming for Talent Development An Initial Assessment

Use survey to do a preliminary self-assessment of your own current commitments and activities to support and carrying out programming for talent development. The first 12 statements rate your own effectiveness in meeting the goals of talent development. Numbers 13 - 24 rates your Perception of the school's overall effectiveness in meeting the goals of talent development programming.
