    noun - how to tell the difference between different types of nouns (i.e. singluar vs. plural; common vs. proper; possessive vs. non-possessive)
    pronoun - that pronouns help avoid redundancy (from Mrs. Leonard's example using "Mrs. Leonard" over and over again)
    adjective - that adjectives help add detail (from the detailed pizza sentence that made us all hungry)
    verb - that verbs can be acted out (from Mrs. Leonard's modeling of trudge, stroll, and strut)
    adverb - that adverbs usually end in -ly
    preposition - that prepositional phrases add more detail (from the Michael Jordan McDonald's commercial example)
    conjunction - FANBOYS, the acronym to remember the coordinating conjunctions
    interjection - how to spell onomatopoeia OR that curse words can be interjections
