Team-Based Learning Peer Feedback

Providing mid-term and final peer feedback is a required part of your course participation grade. You need to complete one survey for each of your team members. You should provide constructive criticism, meaning that comments about areas of improvement should be stated in a way that the person will be motivated to improve. Since no one is perfect and we can all improve, there should not be any evaluations that do not indicate areas to improve. Responses will be collated and anonymous and reports are confidential so they should not be discussed in the team meetings or outside of class.
You only need to answer the 2 course evaluation questions on one survey, not on each survey for all team members.
Complete all surveys by Friday Oct. 19th.
