Advisory Reflective Assessment

One of our school goals is to have an average of a 3 rating for all students in advisory. The scale below describes the behavior demonstrated for each rating level.

4: Student participates in all advisory activities. The student goes above normal expectations by having a positive attitude and may encourage others to participate.
3: Student participates in advisory activities.
2: Student does not participate in the majority of the advisory activities. Student can also receive this rating if they are disruptive during activities, which contributes to an unsuccessful implementation of advisory plans.
1: Student does not participate in advisory activities.
