  1. Team Division on Points. For every team member give your team 100 points ( Example: 3 people x 100 points - 300 points. List all your team members. Divide the total of 300 points among the team members by contribution to the business plan ) For Example:

John Doe - 110 points (he was a team leader and contributer)
Mary Smith - 100 points (she did her fair share)
Paul Jones - 90 points (worked when he wanted to work)

If this team received an 85 on the project the individual grades will be calculated as:

    John Doe - 110 points = 110% x 85 = 93.5
    Mary Smith - 100 points = 100% x 85 = 85
    Paul Jones - 90 points = 80% x = 76.5
