This is a survey for a class I am taking - I hope the information received from it will be as helpful to me as it is for CCDET. Please feel free to be as honest as you wish. The more honest you are, the more productive this task will be.

  1. Do you feel like you have a clear understanding of CCDET’s vision? In other words, do you know where CCDET is headed?


  1. How well do staff collaborate and work together?


  1. Do you feel you have a clear understanding of the organizational structure at CCDET? In other words, do you know which teams are responsible for what?


  1. What should CCDET focus its future work, contracts, partnerships, and collaborations on? Does CCDET need to do anything differently?


  1. How dedicated/happy are you with your job? In other words, are you

  3. my job is just an “ends to a mean” and only do what you need to do to complete your tasks?

  1. How does CCDET deal with conflict and solving problems? Is staff given the opportunity to be involved in this decision/problem solving process?


  1. What are the rewards (monetary or personal) and performance measures at CCDET? How effective do you believe they are?


  1. How does CCDET do with communicating with its staff? What suggestions do you have for improving communication ?


  1. Continuous learning is an important aspect of CCDET, what opportunities exist for you to be continuously learning? How is what you learn decided (self or recommended by supervisor)? What resources are provided for you? What motivation or reward is offered to you to be continuously learning?
