2003 Human Resources Customer Service Survey (Staff Version)
In order to best serve our customers - you - the Human Resources staff has requested your input and feedback in previous surveys, and again requests your assistance by completing this new survey now. With your input, HR will be able to compare its levels of customer service with prior year results to identify areas of strength and to focus on areas needing improvement.
