Creating a Professional Development Plan for FY 2010 -2011

This last year, most directors participated in a 360 degree feedback survey conducted by the Envisia organization. Feedback reports were given to each director with the recommendation that the director and his/her Leadership Group member review the findings and set up a personalized professional development plan for the director to cover one or two years.

To date, there has been a very limited use of the 360 feedback and few development discussions.

In order to increase the value and use of the 360 feedback, several approaches are under consideration.
