Manager Evaluation of Supervisor Training Program - FY 2009
One or more of your supervisors has participated in the Supervisor Learning Modules during FY 2009. In order to assess the value of this program and to plan for the next level of training, please complete this short evaluation. Your responses will remain confidential and will not be shared with your staff. You will also be contacted for an in-person interview. Please complete by March 24, 2010.
