With a 500 peso budget per individual for the Center Spotlight award, what kind of account incentive would you like to have?

	Free Catered food in the office
	Free Item giveaway
	Sponsored activity outside of the office like movie day, outing, etc. (If budget is to be exceeded, employee will shoulder the difference.)

For previous January & February ACS promoter incentives, would you want to have it credited to your payroll account in one amount or do you still prefer to get the GCs?

I’d like to receive the cash on my payroll account.

I’d like to still get the GCs distributed by accounting or claim it in their office.

Moving forward for ERP promoter incentives, which do you prefer?

	Guaranteed Individual small incentives per promoter
	Raffle system with larger prizes fewer winners that have ticket entries depending on the number of promoters an individual has
	Item system based on promoter points earned (We’ll have items that can be availed depending on promoters earned.)
	Game system with small to medium prizes that will be played out weekly or monthly.
