TSA National Conference Parent Information & Questionnaire
We are all excited about getting ready for Nationals in Orlando!
If I only have to rent one van and one condo, and we have some parents willing to help prepare breakfasts and dinners, I can significantly lower the cost for everyone. Several have mentioned that they are making this a family vacation so I need some extra information.
HCCMS TSA will pay for most of the cost of the van ($1100), the condo ($1400), and the group food for the students ($50 each). The adjusted cost for students to pay to HCCMS TSA is $200. Registration is $90 and the remainder cost of the van and condo is $110.

- In order to go in to the TSA conference center area, you must be registered. Registration is $40 ahead of time or $50 at the door for 11 year olds and above or $25 for 10 and under. If you want me to preregister additional members ahead of time, I will need their names and $40/25 before May 17, 2013 to register them online. If you will be preregistering additional members, please indicate yes below.

Chaperones: I will need 2 chaperones to be able to stay in the condo with the students during our stay who will be responsible for the students and the food preparation. (Clean up will be done by everyone else.) As compensation, our chapter will cover the cost of the 2 chaperone's group meals, their conference registration, and their accomodations. They will also get first preference in transportation if there is space available. Are you willing to be considered for that role?

Vista Cay is .5 miles from Rosen Creek Conference Center where we will be. (3BR,2 or 3BA, cost about $1300 for the week, 1500-1800 s.f, full kitchen and laundry)

Food: We plan to eat in the condo for breakfasts and most dinners. Lunches will be out. The cost for those approximately 12-14 meals will be $50. Any additional family members attending who want to eat with us should contribute towards the cost (about $7.50 per day per person) in advance so we can properly plan meals. Do any of your additional people want to be included in our group food plan?
