    As with many community colleges, Jamestown Community College is experiencing the pressure of increasing expenses and declining state support. What strategies have you used that have been most effective in increasing and utilizing the financial resources of the colleges where you have worked?
    The educational needs of our community are changing rapidly with increased community diversity, declining skills of incoming students, and changing employment opportunities. Would you comment on the ways you have responded to similar (or other) changing community needs in your administrative experience?
