Industry Feedback on Certificate III in Aged Care Logbook 2013

In 2013 TAFESA’s Quality Assurance Group updated and changed the vocational placement logbook for the Certificate III in Aged Care. This survey is aimed at collecting your feedback on the new version of the logbook . To complete this survey it would be helpful to have the logbook with you as you answer each question. The survey should take only 5-10 minutes to complete. You feedback will help us to ensure that the log book is a valid instrument for collecting evidence of our students skills. We highly value your feedback to enable us to improve our assessment strategy for this course.
