Keep/Stop/Start - 2013

As we get ready to close out this school year, I would ask that you take a few minutes to reflect on all that we have gone through this year as a school staff. I hope that this survey will be beneficial, and provide me with some informative and constructive feedback. Please fill it out with the idea of being constructive in your suggestions.
