All About You Survey

This survey will be used so I will have your email address, your lunch period, advisory teacher and time, and your birthday.
Why? I often need to contact photographers on duty about cameras and upcoming events/beats. You also get a peppermint patty on your birthday. I send out emails when PODs are needed for beats.
