Reading Motivation Survey

The purpose of this survey is to investigate the reading motivation practices of teachers at Culbreth Middle School. This survey will be used for a thesis project by Ashley Risinger. The information from this survey will be anonymous. Please answer each question honestly and to the best of your ability and knowledge. By completing this survey you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to the Informed Consent to Participate form that was attached to the email with this survey.
