Tamaki Makaurau Rumaki ICTPD Cluster Goals Evaluation Survey
This anonymous survey is a basic yes/no survey, to assist us in evaluating whether our 8 cluster goals have been achieved for 2004.

- The Professional Development Model used for the Tamaki Makaurau Rumaki ICTPD Cluster was adapted from the Te Hiringa i te Mahara Professional Development Framework. The focus for the first year of the cluster was on Affirmation (Cultural Affirmation/Teacher Affirmation) which comes from developing a sense of
belonging and acknowledgement of teachers and of cultural institutions such as iwi, hapu, marae whanau. In this phase cultural knowledge, belief systems and a Maori world view is nurtured and encouraged. Access to cultural mentors, such as kaumatua, and field professionals are provided. Within the context of our cluster the focus was set on teacher affirmation, building connections across kura, and affirming our Maoritanga.
