SHBP - Healthway Screening Survey

Starting in January 2014, SHBP members and covered spouses can each earn up to $480 into their HRA account by participating and engaging in healthy activities. One of the activities will be a biometric screening provided by Healthways. Members and covered spouses will each earn $240 into their HRA account when they complete their biometric screening and Well Being Assessment. During a biometric screening, a health professional will collect measurements, including Body Mass Index, Blood Pressure, Cholesterol and Glucose. We can have Healthway come to our school to do the BMI screening for free, but we must have at least 50 participants register in order for them to come.
