We, the fifth year students of Industrial Engineering, are taking up IE 522 (Project Feasibility Study). In partial fulfillment of the requirements of the subject, we will be conducting a study entitled Babysitting and Childcare Center here in Metro Cebu. The Babysitting and Childcare Center offers long term caring service for children ages six months to five years old. The business is ideal for those parents or single parents with busy working schedules or with special events that need to be attended. They can drop in their kids and fetch from 7 AM until 10 PM. The payment is on a monthly basis and one time service avail will be paid on a daily rate basis.
In this regard, we would like to invite you to participate actively in this short survey. We would like to assure you that all your responses will be kept highly confidential and for study purposes only.
