Hybrid Learning Model Research Questionnaire - End of Term 3
Thank you for choosing to take part in this research project! Your detailed feedback is important to help me understand the characteristics of this course and to continue developing and improving it throughout 2014. Please name your questionnaire using the German author name you have drawn (e.g. Goethe). Please complete all questions in this questionnaire. If you do not know/ or cannot recall choose the "I don't know" option provided. It will take about 30 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Please read the definitions below before completing the questionnaire. Definitions Hybrid Learning: a combination of face‐to‐face instruction and independent learning using technology. Full-contact course: course in which the teacher is present in all lessons on the timetable Hybrid Learning course: course which comprises of both face-to-face instruction with the teacher and independent learning in an unsupervised setting. Teacher Mediated (TM) lesson: A lesson in which the teacher is present in the room, instructing or facilitating the learning. Non-Teacher-Mediated (NTM) lesson: a lesson in which students are learning independently in an unsupervised setting using a range of resources.
