National Honor Society 2014-2015

The following students have submitted applications to join the National Honor Society at Terre Haute South. While scholarship is one important criteria for membership, character and leadership comprise 50% of the selection criteria.

Therefore, please rate only the students you know based on these two traits: character and leadership.

Use a scale of 1 (extremely poor) to 4 (excellent). Please be honest with your evaluation of the students. Your name is required to complete the survery, but all data will be used anonymously. Thank you very much!
