SEED Evaluation Change for 2013-2014 - (copy)

The state is now requiring only one formal and three informal evaluations for SEED. The four teachers present at a meeting to discuss how to address this change felt we should drop back to the minimum number of required evals, but didn't know if everyone, especially those who had completed two, would think that was fair.

What do you think?


  1. Do you agree that we should drop back to just one formal and three informal evaluations this year, even though some teachers have already had two formal evaluations. Those who have had a second formal evaluation may use it as one of their three informals, and a teacher could request to have a second formal evaluation.
