2014 Product Training - Needs Assessment CA
During our 2013 reviews with stakeholders, we heard feedback about product training. To identify knowledge gaps and identify training needs, we would like for you to participate in a brief survey. If you are comfortable providing your name, this will allow us to reach out and gather additional information if needed. Please note that a name is not required for this survey.

- Please check the products which your team should have basic knowledge. Basic knowledge meaning, they know this is a CB product and they know the basic benefits of using the product. *

- Are your employees displaying ‘basic knowledge’ about the products? On a scale of 1-4, please rate your team’s current basic knowledge about the following products. (1 meaning no basic knowledge and 4 meaning expert basic knowledge) *

- Please check the products which your team should have implementation and fulfillment knowledge. (As an example, should they understand how TN is implemented and fulfilled on an account?)*
