Chicago 2014 EDR Educational Kickoff

The EDR meeting is to increase organizational capability by providing three things: visibility for leadership, accountability and coaching for managers, and an opportunity for us to work toward aligning employee growth with the future needs of the business.

These kickoff sessions will prepare leadership for the rollout of the EDR Process.
