Group fitness with Donna!

Donna Goodmond has decided to get us up and moving with some group fitness exercise each week! Please fill out the survey below so we can determine interest. This exercise may include yoga, strength training and other activities!

The best part is the first session is FREE!! What’s the charge for the second session?? Your commitment!! We must show we are committed in order for Donna to donate her time! This is an awesome opportunity and I hope lots of people get involved!
