2014 Product Training - Needs Assessment CAs
The operations training team has received feedback about the need for additional product training. As the team that most heavily supports the products, we want to hear from you! To identify knowledge gaps and identify training needs, we would like for you to participate in a brief survey. If you are comfortable providing your name, this will allow us to reach out and gather additional information if needed. Please note that a name is not required for this survey.

- On a scale of 1-4, please rate your current 'basic knowledge' on the following products? Basic knowledge meaning you know this is a CB product and you know the basic benefits of using the product. (1 meaning no basic knowledge and 4 meaning expert basic knowledge)*

- On a scale of 1-4, please rate your knowledge of implementation and fulfillment for the following products? As an example, do you understand how TN is implemented and fulfilled on an account? (1 being no implementation knowledge and 4 meaning expert implementation knowledge)*

- On a scale of 1-4, please rate your training knowledge for the following products. By train we mean, are you able to explain how to use the product or functions of the product to clients. (1 being not able to train and 4 meaning expert ability to train clients)*
