e-Learning Survey #2 - (copy)
e-Learning is a testing and training tool designed to test your knowledge, but also train you on topics that you may not be aware of. Our goal is to make e-Learning more relevant to the types of calls you, as agents, struggle to resolve on a day to day basis. The information you provide in this survey will assist the Training Dept. in determining what direction we need to take so that you are able to better assist your customers and help you achieve better Key Performance Indicators.
