Copy and Paste the Model Code and path you took to attempt to find information that was not found. Leave a brief description about what you were looking for that was not found. Ex: No How To Guide, or No Service Manual, No Troubleshooting for this issue...

Sap-GCIC Errors: Model Code, Serial # and description of issue when performing action. Ex: Set up of Exchange that requires purchase date, but no date can be entered (also include transaction #)

Others: Any other issues you have with Decision Tree can be placed here, keep in mind we need to be able to replicate these problems before submitting them to Samsung to be corrected.
