1. The college reimbursement pool will increase from $10,000 to $12,500.

2. The following language will be added to the negotiated agreement under Article IX –
“Walk through’s will be used to collect building and district wide data.”

3. In Section A, the start time for the high school, middle school and Holcomb elementary will be changed by 5 minutes so the school day begins at 7:55 a.m. and concludes at 3:15 p.m. Wiley start and end times will remain the same - 8:10 and 3:30 p.m.
-The change in school start times is to help with Wiley Elementary bussing and safety issues at the end of the day.

4. FMLA language will be made a separate article from maternity leave to alleviate confusion. FMLA will become Section C and the other articles following will be moved down.

5. The following changes will be made or added to supplemental positions:
-PICS sponsor will be removed since the program no longer exists
-HS Fall assistant cheer sponsor and winter assistant cheer sponsor will be listed separately
-MS dance sponsor position will be added at 2%

6. A 3% raise to the base pay including step movement on the salary schedule. Base salary for a first year teacher is $37,080

7. Health insurance benefits will remain the same unless the district is quoted a premium more than $500, then both parties have agreed to negotiate further.
