PLEASE READ: In our continuous effort to address concerns or issues raised during a series of focused group discussions, we are running this survey to come up with a plan to help improve the compensation package that we offer to ensure that we maintain to be competitive in the market. Based on the study provided by the HR team, the current structure is competitive if compared with the other BPO companies with the same line of business. In line with this, we would like to get your feedback for us to come up with an effective and the right incentives design to address issue raised and further improve the package.

  1. In addition to the existing performance incentives that get credited to your payroll account, what do you think can be an effective and attractive incentive that we can add to your monthly pay that is related to attendance?

    We want to focus on this as this has been the common recommendation from the representatives who were part of the FGDs. Once this is implemented, this will be subject to a two-month review to check on our improvement on Attrition and Absenteeism.

    As a business owner, we may make revisions, changes or even cancel this program depending on the effectiveness of the program, program financials and other business related issues. This means that the total amount that an employee can get monthly will now be up to Php 5,000 in addition to the base pay with the Php 4,000 allotted for the performance incentives excluding the client scorecard incentives (client scorecard incentives applicable only to IRU). We will run another survey related to the performance incentives to make it more effective by the last week of June for implementation in July. Please select from the options below.
