AT&T Monthly Team Building Survey

PLEASE READ:

As part of our continuous efforts to inspire our employees to communicate with the other members of the team and with their supervisors, we will be introducing a team building process that will be effective in July. We believe that this can be used to determine strong points in an individual’s personality and encourage everyone to bond with their colleagues and build a better team. Our objectives are the following:

1. Improving communication
2. Making the workplace more enjoyable
3. Motivating a team
4. Getting to know each other
5. Getting everyone "onto the same page", including goal setting
6. Teaching the team self-regulation strategies
7. Helping participants to learn more about themselves (strengths & weaknesses)
8. Identifying and utilizing the strengths of team members
9. Improving team productivity
10. Practicing effective collaboration with team members

We are running this survey so we can gather feedback from you to make sure this is effective. We want to encourage everyone to consider yourself as a business owner and so we can meet both the needs of the people and the business as this will mean additional investment.

Please read the questions carefully and select from the options below.

We will have a two month review and this can be cancelled/revised depending on the results and the feedback we will gather from you post implementation.

  1. With a budget of Php 120 per employee, what do you think is a good and practical activity for your team building?*
    a. Paid One Hour OT per month where everyone in the team can plan their strategies for the month. In addition to the one hour of OT, we will allot a budget of Php 120 per employee for the food which can be spent during the activity. Since this will be paid OT, this should be done on site.
    b. Dine out with the whole team with no business related agenda. This can be done either pre or post shift. Budget will still be at Php 120.00 per employee for a decent breakfast or dinner. No OT pay for this activity.


  1. Once this is implemented, we will require at least 90% attendance from the team so we can ensure its effectiveness. Team Leaders will be required to justify attendance rate lower than 90%. Do you think it is something you will participate in?*
