AT&T Monthly Team Building Survey
PLEASE READ: As part of our continuous efforts to inspire our employees to communicate with the other members of the team and with their supervisors, we will be introducing a team building process that will be effective in July. We believe that this can be used to determine strong points in an individual’s personality and encourage everyone to bond with their colleagues and build a better team. Our objectives are the following: 1. Improving communication 2. Making the workplace more enjoyable 3. Motivating a team 4. Getting to know each other 5. Getting everyone "onto the same page", including goal setting 6. Teaching the team self-regulation strategies 7. Helping participants to learn more about themselves (strengths & weaknesses) 8. Identifying and utilizing the strengths of team members 9. Improving team productivity 10. Practicing effective collaboration with team members We are running this survey so we can gather feedback from you to make sure this is effective. We want to encourage everyone to consider yourself as a business owner and so we can meet both the needs of the people and the business as this will mean additional investment. Please read the questions carefully and select from the options below. We will have a two month review and this can be cancelled/revised depending on the results and the feedback we will gather from you post implementation.
