IRU Incentives Question

PLEASE READ: We do not want you to get less for a good performance and we know that you had no control on the survey issue we had for the last week. We know that we had issues on the survey and the client confirmed that it will be resolved today and we will start getting surveys again. We want to gather your feedback on how we can make up for the lost opportunity.

Please be reminded that the requirements on absenteeism and the number of days worked for those with leaves plotted will remain the same.

    Following the Existing NRS incentives guidelines and the amount can just be DOUBLED. Timeline will also be revised from June 21 until June 28.
    Stick to the existing NRS incentives and the amount will be the same but add an incentive guideline on Digital first and so we can still double the amount overall.
