Balanced Performance Scorecard and Incentives

We would encourage you to compute for what you think you can achieve based on your trend and so you can simulate what your score and incentives amount will be in July. We will try to consider the recommendations and suggestions and please put yourself in the shoes of a business owner and as an employee so we can meet both business and employee needs. This is an incentives program meant to reward those meeting and exceeding the expectations so we expect that roughly 50% to 60% of the population will qualify. This is in addition to the ff:
