Rules on Umbrella Safekeeping

This is for Strict implementation as wet umbrellas hanging outside the individual lockers will make the surrounding floors slippery that may cause accidents. We are avoiding serious accidents to happen to our employees. The work place should always we secure and accident free.

Effective Wednesday shift July 09, 2014, this new policy should be followed strictly:

A. No umbrellas should be hang outside the lockers

B. In order for employees to keep the umbrellas inside the individual lockers, get the plastic bags that we will provide from the guards on duty so that you can properly wrap the umbrellas and be able to keep it in your lockers even if when wet. This will protect your personal things inside your lockers

C. Those big umbrellas that will not fit the lockers, please keep it in the umbrella racks located near the locker areas. (I noticed that these are only few and mostly folding umbrellas are being used by employees

D. Any violation of this policy will result to confiscation of the umbrellas
