- What did you think about "flipping" our classroom, meaning you watched vodcast lectures for homework and did more activities during class?

- The "paperless" units in SS class makes it easier for me to stay organized!

- The "Vodcast" makes doing homework more enjoyable and/or interesting!

- The "Vodcast" homework assignments made me feel like I was learning more from my homework, and as a result coming to class more prepared!

- I missed doing doing traditional homework assignments using textbooks, workbooks, worksheets, etc

- I have relied on my study guide (paper or electronic) to help me prepare for tests and quizzes throughout the year!

- The Quia activities have really helped me prepare for tests and quizzes over the course of this year!

- Breaking down the content of this class into the "GRAPES" themes made it easier for me to understand the material we covered!

- If Mr. Johnson was to have given me the option of reading a novel of historical fiction (around 200 pages long) to be read outside of class, I would have definitely asked for a copy to read, but ONLY if it would help my grade.

- I think that, for the most part, it would be better to read a novel together during classtime so that way everyone benefits from the experience, and so we can discuss the book together.

- I feel like this class not only helped me learn about stuff that happened thousands of years ago, but it also helped me make connections to our world today!

- In general I feel like I learned a lot AND had fun doing so this year in SS class!

- Imagine you have a younger sibling - which should be easy for some of you since you actually have siblings here - at this school. When they are about to enter 7th grade you will most likely tell them something like "you are going to really like Mr. Johnson's class"!
