Training Funnel Request Survey
Hello Leaders, In the past, we used to receive requests to have a specialized training on different opportunities observed after the Functional Training Phase. The very first question we need to answer is.. What kind of training is needed? (Do they need training on negotiation, product knowledge, comprehension, listening, customer service skills or other areas?) Once that question is answered, other questions begin to surface… like What instructional method will be used? What is the level of instruction needed? What training design criteria will best meet the employees learning style? And, of course the BIG question: Will the training do any good? This survey was designed to answer all those questions and more. Whether the training is related to soft skills such as communication and leadership or technical job specific skills or even product knowledge. As a request, kindly answer the survey if you think that there is a TRAINING OPPORTUNITY that should be addressed immediately. By completing this survey, it will help us understand how to identify the root cause and isolate the Training Need versus Business, Performance, or Work Environment Need. “Training without TNA would be like a doctor prescribing a treatment without assessing the extent of the person's illness.”
