Teacher Incentive Fund (TIF) Professional Dvelopment Needs Survey

McNicol Middle will be receiving approximately $70,000 in TIF funds to service our professional development needs.
These funds could be applied toward compensation for professional development attended after work hours, on the weekend, during inter-session, or in the summer; contracting services from third-party organizations to facilitate professional development; conferences; and a variety of engaging workshops.
