2014-2015 Parent Communication Survey
Parents, we are reviewing our RMSST contact and communications strategy for the 2014-2015 school year. Please help us understand your preference for receiving school news and information on both a weekly and urgent basis. Our goal is to communicate to the most people through the most channels, but to allow you to opt in to the channel(s) you prefer when possible. Thank you for your feedback.

- Do you currently receive and read the weekly RMSST email?

- Do you currently receive and listen to the RCHS weekly school messenger phone call?

- How do you prefer to receive weekly information from RMSST?

- Is the timing of our weekly RMSST communication importation? Does the message need to be sent at the same time on the same day each week?

- How do you prefer to receive urgent information from RMSST? Emergency information is communicated via phone from School Messenger. Urgent information would be considered last minute reminders regarding important do-not-miss meetings, permission slips needed the next day or other must-contact information. Urgent communications are rare and we try to minimize them.
