PEP Lunch and Learn - Plano on October 16, 2014. 12PM - 1PM

Later this year, HDFS will align the annual performance process to the Harley-Davidson Inc. (HDI) Performance Effectiveness Process (PEP). Aligning the process will create consistency across HDI and support the shift towards One Company, One Team, moving in One Direction.

The new process is a significant change and we want to ensure that you are prepared to discuss it with your teams. In October, HR and OD&L will host Lunch and Learns at each site. We strongly encourage all leaders to attend the Lunch and Learns.
