PEP System Training for Managers - Chicago

Later this year, HDFS will align the annual performance process to the Harley-Davidson Inc. (HDI) Performance Effectiveness Process (PEP). Aligning the process will create consistency across HDI and support the shift towards One Company, One Team, moving in One Direction.


The new process is a significant change and we want to ensure that you are prepared to navigate the system. We strongly encourage all leaders to attend one of the sessions to view a demonstration of the system.
