Middle School SGA Class Application 2015-2016

If you are currently in 8th grade and would like to take the Student Government class next year, please complete the below application.

By submitting this application, I understand that it does not automatically qualify my admittance to the Leadership Class (SGA Class) and there will be a selection process.

All questions must be answered before submitting.

Applications must be submitted by:
- Falcon Cove students: Thursday, April 16th
- Tequesta Trace students: Wednesday, April 22nd

After you submit your application, please download and print the teacher recommendation form from cypressbayspirit.com. Please get one of your teacher's to complete the form. Hold on to this form, we will collect when we visit your school on the below dates.

Once you've applied, what next?
Attend the mandatory afterschool meeting at your school. Please bring your teacher recommendation letter.

- Tequesta Trace meeting: Thursday, April 23rd | Media Center
