      SELF-CONFIDENCE - knowing that you have what it takes to succeed   
      ACTION-ORIENTED - being first to the market and able to quickly adapt and market a product   
      COMMUNITY/WORKING WITH PEOPLE - you must be able to talk to people and to know how to approach them to get what you need to succeed   
      SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE BUSINESS - must know how to succeed in the market, know the risks, the field that you are going into
