Rally to Tally

The Bilingual/ESOL Department will be sponsoring the first Title III Close-Up for New Americans Program "Rally to the Tally" for eligible immigrant 10th and 11th grade students.

Funds from the Title III, Part A, Enhanced Instructional Opportunities for Recently Arrived Immigrant Children and Youth will be used to sponsor this leadership opportunity for 300 eligible 10th and 11th grade ELLs, classified as B1-C1 and Non-ELL Immigrant students.

Teachers identified to participate in this opportunity MUST attend this meeting. Administrators are encouraged to attend. This will be the only informational meeting. Meeting agenda includes this year’s grant eligibility requirements, program schedule, funding, timeline and application procedures. We will pay the teachers a stipend for attending the meeting.
